She was the tenth (but ninth surviving) daughter of fifteen children of Ferdinand I, Holy Roman Emperor and his wife Anne of Bohemia and Hungary. ==Life== Helena had an strict jesuit catholic upbringing. Due to her frail constitution, her father considered unfit for marriage and instead choose for her the monastic life.
